Paul Hutchins

Principal

Paul Hutchins began his career in real estate in 1987, specializing in office and retail leasing and property management. His projects have included Kendall Office Park, Beavercreek Professional Suites, Parkway Professional Suites, Fairfield Professional Suites, Breitenstrater Square Shopping Center, Castle Hills Shipping Center and The Arbor, where he has completed sales or lease transactions with firms such as United Health Care, General Dynamics, Kettering Health Network and the Dayton School of Medical Massage. Paul has completed retail transactions including customers such as Drug Emporium and L.C.A. Vision Centers, Revco/CVS, Hollywood Video, and Family Dollar. Paul founded Hutchins Commercial Realty in 1998. Paul also owns Parking Management, Inc. and manages, leases or owns approximately 2,000 parking spaces in downtown Dayton.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wright State University in Financial Services and a Degree in Real Estate and Property Management from Sinclair Community College.
